We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from the Leinie Lodge, but we understand that on occasion the item you get may not be the correct size, color or what you expect. We're happy to accept return or exchange of any merchandise that doesn't meet your satisfaction. Use this 4-step method to return merchandise.

Damaged or missing items must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returns/exchanges must be received within 90 days of invoice. The Leinie Lodge does not assume responsibility of shipping cost unless due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in re-sellable condition. Item(s) worn, soiled, or altered will not be refunded unless it is defective in some other way. Items that are returned due to shrinkage will not be accepted. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items, perishable goods (such as food, beer, or face ware). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Refunds: If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank / credit card company to process and post the refund too.
