3. Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Good to Know

  • Returns and exchanges must be received within 90 days of receiving
  • Report damaged or missing items within leinielodge@leinenkugels.com of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in re-sellable condition, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • Items returned due to shrinkage are not eligible for return.
  • Perishable items, including food and beer, are not returnable
