• Also known as a Helles Bock, this is a pale and drier German lager typically released in Spring (German word Mai means the month of May) that features less malty richness (like in our Toasted Bock) and instead more bready, lighter malt characteristics from the use of pale and Munich malts. Moderate bitterness and subtle spicy, herbal notes shine from the German hop varietals used.
