  • We took our hibernated Red Lager recipe, a Vienna-style beer with a smooth caramel flavor & spicy hop finish from a special blend of five different malts and American hops, but we gave it a little boost of hops by dry hopping with Cascade. The addition of piney cascade hops balances with the caramel maltiness of the beer. 5% Abv | 23 IBU
