• A Belgian-style saison ale that's refreshingly dry & effervescent. Lemongrass & coriander added for mild citrus, bright floral & lemon aromas that mesh well with the pepper-like & fruity bubblegum flavors provided from the unique yeast strain. Pale, wheat & Vienna malts used to create a balanced, slightly toasty backdrop for the spicy, earthy, floral & citrus notes coming from the German hops.
