Leinie Lodge Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from the Leinie Lodge, but we understand that on occasion the item you get may not be the correct size, color or what you expect. We're happy to accept return or exchange of any merchandise that doesn't meet your satisfaction. Use this 4-step method to return merchandise.
Step 1: Please fill out the following information on the return merchandise form which was enclosed with your order. If you did not receive a form, please give a call at 1-888-LEINIES (1-888-534-6437). Be sure to fill in the number corresponding to the reason for the return and tell us how you would like your return processed.
If the item needs to be exchanged, state the replacement item you desire.
If you desire a credit, the amount of your original order will be credited to your credit card account once the return is processed and verified.
Step 2: Complete the "customer info" so we can send the item or credit to the correct address.
Step 3: Enclose the Merchandise Return Form along with the item(s) in a securely wrapped package. Address the package with the return address:

Step 4: Return through any UPS Shipper or insured mail.
Special Note: Damaged or missing items must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of invoice. The Leinie Lodge does not assume responsibility of shipping cost unless due to our error.
