What forms of payment do you accept? The Leinie Lodge accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will I get my order? All orders normally ship within 24 business hours after receipt. Orders are shipped by UPS ground. Therefore, please allow 2 to 6 business days for delivery. You will be notified by e-mail, phone or mail of any delay. Temporarily out- of-stock items may require up to eight weeks lead time.

What if I want a faster delivery? You may choose to have us ship your order via UPS Second Day Air (no Saturday deliveries) for an additional $20.00. UPS Overnight Delivery is also available for an additional $30.00.

Why do I have to pay sales tax? We are required by law to collect state and local sales tax from U.S. residents. Please include applicable taxes on your order form if you live in the United States. All state sales taxes will apply.

What size do I wear? Most of our clothing is unisex sizing. Please read product descriptions carefully to determine which items are generously cut or oversized. Unless otherwise mentioned in the product description, you should expect a small amount of shrinkage with our 100% cotton items.

Are the items I order guaranteed? Yes. Everything you buy from us is backed with our 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with something you order from us, send it back with the Merchandise Return Form included in your shipment. We’ll exchange it, refund your credit card or issue a Leinie Lodge gift card…it’s your choice.

Is it safe to give my credit card number out when I order? The information you provide in our secure checkout will only be used by the Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company. We consider this information to be private and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We do not share, sell or trade e-mail addresses or specific details about purchases; nor do we release credit card, financial or survey data for marketing use by other companies. We do not participate or contribute to shared databases that give other companies access to your information. We do provide our employees, (shippers, printers, and e-mailers) with the information they need to complete your order.

I keep getting an extra t-shirt added to my shopping cart. How can I correct this? You may have to "clear your cookies." The easiest way to correct this in Netscape Navigator is to select Edit / Preferences / Advanced / Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
